I had an issue with one coming without the hook, looked like it was meant to lay on a mantle, called customer service and that sweet girl took care of everything. EXCELLENT service. My daughter warned me thing look better in catalog then when they come and in a lot of cases that is true but not this time. Thick, rich quality.

Beautiful fall decor!
These are not cheap, but they are beautiful and festive-looking, and in my opinion, are worth the price. Mine were well-packaged and arrived in excellent condition. The hanging ring on the back is about a couple of centimeters wide; I used magnetic hanging hooks to secure them to the windows of my front/side doors and these easily support the weight of the swags. I also purchased two of the urn fillers, which I placed inside two of the medium-size copper finish urns grandinroad sells, and it all looks great—even my husband, who does not notice decor etc., commented on how nice the front of the house looks. I am very pleased with the quality and look of this collection…they are in a covered space, and hopefully will withstand the elements for years to come :)

Great in size
I bought 2 of these to hang off my outdoor lights. They were awesome, but just note that there is not an easy way to connect to the light included. I just got a small bungee cord that did the trick! I get tons of compliments!
