Brings a smile
I recently bought the "Hello" door mat in black (my second one). I switched out the Halloween mat for the "Hello" mat to use in November. I have several door mats, but this one is special. I used the first door mat when selling my previous home in 2017. Our house sold the same day it was listed (they loved the door mat!) Smile!

I love this mat! Buying a 2nd for my vacation home
I've had this mat for 2.5 years. We just got a vacation home so I wanted to order the same mat because I love this one so much (and we get SO MANY compliments!). I was surprised to read the negative reviews. Any natural coir mat will have some "shedding" as it is used and people shuffle their feet along it - that means they're wiping their feet before they come inside! :) I love this mat! I have the 39" one in black and it looks great at my front door.

Sheds badly
I bought this last year - looked good for only a short time. The fibers have shed so badly that the "hello" can hardly be read. The mat is nice and thick - but I've tried to clean the fibers many times - can't be done.

The black looks horrible, it has brown fibers stuck all in it, I have tried everything to remove them. Totally takes away from the look of this MATT , I have had this for several months thinking they will just wear off but it doesn’t , I have even tried pressure washing it, no luck.. black looks nothing like the pic!
