Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great piece... something is missing This life-size wall hanging is an exceptional, stunning addition to my halloween decor. Unfortunately, it shipped without the battery operated candles, which are mentioned both online and in the catalog as included (and for the price of the item, they should be). Grandin Road's customer service is exceptional. They are sending a replacement immediately. Hopefully that will resolve the problem.
