Rated 3 out of 5 by Calbie from Not a good experience. Underwhelming craftsmanship I ordered my first witch display on Aug 11th. It arrived with the candelabra broken, and I requested an exchange. I called Grandin Road and was told that I would be refunded pending receipt of the returned item but that I would have to place a new order online for a replacement. I returned the item to Grandin Road via UPS after receiving a shipping level directly from them and then ordered a replacement. Shortly after that, I received email notification that an exchange had indeed been shipped despite me being told that I had to place another order online. I tried to correct the situation via phone unsuccessfully, ultimately being told to just return one of the items. Well I received the exchange and the repeat order items on the same day. One of them items had, yet again, a broken candelabra. I called Grandin Road and was told that I now have to wait for a shipping label from the vendor and that I cannot directly return the item to them as before. This has been the most frustrating process Ive ever had with this store. Overall the piece is nice but not worth 800 dollars.
