Highly recommend this kilim rug!
I am SO happy with this kilim rug. The colors are gorgeous. I was worried about it being too bold for the room, but it offers just enough pop. The quality is also really nice. It was exactly what I was looking for our living room. I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful Kilm Rug
We ordered a room sized kilm rug and just love it—paired it with some kilm pillows we had (also from Grandin Road), a contemporary dark gray couch and loveseat, and the rug pulls the whole look together. Only caution—it took quite a while to arrive.

I had been looking for kitchen rug runners for about 2 years. I had a look in my head that I was going for but nothing I bought seemed to match what I had in my head. When my rugs arrived in the mail and I placed them in the kitchen it was perfect. We live on a ranch with dogs going in and out and these have held up and have just the right coloring to not show paw prints (or boot prints). If you are looking for something unique to add just the right amount of color I would highly recommend these rugs.

Kilim rug
Colors work well in newly refreshed kitchen. The black background rug with green, gold and soft reds looks great on a basic cream tiled floor and works well with the cherry cabinetry and muted greenish gray walls.

Therefore there can be slight variation in sizes of fringes from piece to piece- however each piece is balanced and equal on both ends. The sizes of fringes varies between 4 to 6 cm. on each side across all sizes. The length of the rugs does not include fringes

I am considering the Matala Kilim rug in a high traffic area, to be installed (placed) on light carpet. Is there any concern for dye bleed from rug to carpet underneath? If so, what do you suggest as a barrier between rug and carpet?
