Damaged Goods!!!
I order 5 lanterns on my initial order. 2 were broken (glass broken) when they were received. I had timed this order to meet the date of an outdoor event we were holding. In order to complete the order (without broken lanterns) I had to rush a reorder and pay for expedited shipping. When I received the replacement order (I had to fund) one of the replacement lanterns was also damaged. Really whole process was unacceptable and cost me a high rate of shipping which should be refunded.

Poor packaging on large size
I ordered small, medium and large. Small, medium are great. The large arrived with broken glass. Returned and received a replacement also broken glass. Cancelled large size because packaging was poor and unlikely to ever arrive in one piece. Reason for 3 star is because Of issues with large one. Small and medium are 5 stars.
