Very Pleased
I am delighted with my purchase of the Kye Sofa and ottoman. I bravely ordered the Presley Pearl to replace a chocolate sectional. Fingers were crossed but it was not necessary! I achieved the look I wanted with ease.
The whole process was professional, customer service friendly and focused, delivery was flawless. Could not ask for more. I’m sold on Grandin Road—my room is indeed grand as well!

Sharp looking sofa
I made the switch from a leather sofa to a fabric one…glad I did. This is so much more comfortable. The feather and foam is a great combo. I’m hoping the performance fabric holds up to two kids and a puppy. Fingers crossed.

Love these!
I purchased the lagoon Kye sofa with chair & 1/2 + ottomans Lagoon. After receiving them I knew I wanted this same incredibly comfortable, sturdy, attractive set for another room and ordered the Slate as well. Super stuffed cushions, really full but fluffy & sink in cozy. It took some doing to get the 2nd set but I love them. It’s casual but not sloppy and the fabric feels like it will wear well but has a very soft brushed feel. The chair & 1/2 is dreamy.

Don't Wait!!
I am another Kye sofa purchaser who deliberated for MONTHS because this was a big risk (online purchase), high ticket item and I have a bad back so comfort is paramount. Well, I am SO glad I finally ordered the sofa. It is everything positive that all the other helpful customers wrote. I kept waiting for more positive comments to help me pull the trigger. An now here I am with my own positive experience. So don't wait another minute. This sofa is firm but also soft, supportive and a really nice fabric. ALL the cushions are detached (YAY) and really beefy, not flimsy. The couch has a low profile in your room, just a lovely piece of furniture. So make sure your measurements are correct and order it!

Perfect Couch!
Comfortable yet firm seating where the cushions stay plump. It's a great couch to sit in and a perfect couch for my husband to lounge on while watching TV.
Removable back pillows for extra width if needed.
I love the tighten fabric on arms, sides and entire frame. Modern, contemporary look.
