I bought 2 of these for my porch. My large urns had to have some dirt in them to hold the base in place.  Will the dirt deteriorate the base?  Is there a different recommendation for centering the base in a large urn?   I don’t want them to fall apart.

I have standard sized, black urns in either side of my garage and the purple and greens of the foliage in the black urns really stands out. It is so beautiful to come home to this lovely sight.
