Life-size Eerie Eva Figure is rated 3.3 out of 5 by 18.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from EVA I bought this last year and finally got around to putting it out this year. One tip over and the head came off--VERY top heavy. Now can't get the head on. Too much hair for her head that makes it top heavy. For what you pay--not worth the money. Really has to be anchored down or it will blow over. Had mine on my porch.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Eva figure Very disappointing. The arms are can't be posed. And the stand is very unstable, you must tie it down with heavy gage wire. Would not recommend.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Eerie Eva I purchased Eva Halloween 2015. I really like her beautiful red hair and creepy face. When I received her she was a bit of a mess. I considered trying to exchange her because her hair was sloppily glued and there was a brown stuffed pillow sticking out on top of her head. Her hair was also glued to her forehead. I ended up removing the pillow and all the glue attaching it to her hair. Also removed the glue holding the strange hairstyle together. I have spent hours removing glue and detangling her hair. She looks much better now than when I received her. Her dress is good although I wish it was a bit longer. I also like that her nails are painted. I ended up putting a veil on her head to make her a bride. And she looks great in my haunt. But I would recommend Venetian Victoria over her.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Grandin road is my go place for unique good quality Halloween items. This item was not up to the standard I usually receive from Grandin road. I tried twice with this item , the First Lady had a bad glue job, there was glue in her hair and on her gown and face. She also was not stable. The second one had a dent in her face and the same issues with glue. I gave up at that point ( I didn't bother setting her up). I purchased her for Halloween of 2016. I was surprised to see her still available, hope they improve on her for 2017.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good value prop Eve is a great addition to my Halloween house. I am using her as a greeter at the front door for this years party. Her hair and dress are beautiful and she seems well made. I think she is a great addition for the money.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed Grandinroad is my go to Halloween place and I have been happy with most purchases. I have several life size figures and was eagerly anticipating adding this one to my collection, however when I received Eva I was very disappointed in the quality. Her head is not one piece. It was basically the equivalent of the old plastic Halloween masks from the 60's attached to a much smaller styrofoam head. I could see the edge of the mask just by facing her. I was told in an email that her head is one piece so I am not sure if the one I received was just a quality control issue or the new standard. I sent her back, but have ordered another one based on Grandinroad's email. If she comes the same way, I will send her back as well.

Can Eva sit at the dining room table or does she have to stand? A picture would be wonderful. Thanks!

Asked by: Suzanne
These props don't actually have legs. Their torso structure attaches to a pole, which comes in sections, and that attaches to the feet of the stand. To simulate them sitting, all you need to do is adjust the pole, or rather, leave 1 or 2 of the sections of pole off. Last year I had this prop and 2 others sitting at my dining room table to create a "seance" scene. Hope that helps!

Have you made any improvements to this prop?

I am interested in purchasing Eva. I have Victoria. She falls over forward (she's in the house...there is not breeze involved), her arms will not stay up, her neck seems to be broken. Victoria is very lovely, but I need to do a lot of work on her. Mainly I would like to know if there has been an improvement with the stand for these girls.

A precut piece of plywood...2'x2' Some fencing staples to secure the stand to the plywood with and couple of bricks layed on the plywood hidden by the dress to weight it down if outside has done the trick for us.

Sturdier stand?

I have the Victoria figure and its stand is flimsy, but works ok if there's no wind, etc. & she's outside. I love these figures and plan to purchase Eerie Eva very soon. However, for a company who has such excellent products, it's very disappointing to have the stand for these figures so difficult to manage. I'm joining others who have requested a sturdier stand than the ones these figures come with. Please, Grandin Road, improve these stands! Thank you.

Thank you for your interest in the Life-size Eerie Eva Figure. We are very sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the stand for your Life-size Venetian Victoria Figure (45517). These items do have similar stands.

Does her face (which is basically a mask) fit securely on the head?

Asked by: GinaE
It is definitely attached but seemed flimsy. It seemed flimsy on the two I tried (I returned both). The other figures I have ordered from grandin road have been very solid and I am comparing her to them. I liked the look of her but she would have to be significantly cheaper for me too order her again.
