Great life-size female ghoul figure
I highly recommend this figure. She is tall, easy to assemble, and has a vacant, ghoulish white face with light-up eyes. I also like her cape, which you can remove. She's going to be a huge hit this Halloween. I also purchased the Everly figure and am waiting for her to arrive. I'll put them together to create a spooky scene.

Fabulous Life Size Ghoul
I love Life-size Stone Serena! I appreciate her height (over 5 feet tall), extreme ease of assembly, and the quality of her face, hair (wig), clothes, and cape. It's also really easy to turn on the lights in her eyes for an extra-spooky-factor. I decided to customize mine by painting her face and adding a necklace and earrings, but whatever you do, she's a fantastic addition for Halloween! I can't wait to put her out on my porch!

Glad I have her but could be better constructed!
The metal frame interior structure is very weak. If you simply put this in a corner of your house, there’s probably no problem. The outward appearance looks quite nice.

Damaged and replacement difficult
I love Serena. However, she was sent to me with two right hands. I need her to hold onto railing so of course won't work. The resolution from Grandin was to buy another and send this one back. So I had to put another Serena on my credit card and I have to box this one up, take to UPS and send this one back. Unbelievable. Not great having to do so much work for their issue. I spend so much money with this company but I probably won't buy from Grandin Road again.

Not happy
Extremely cheaply made and doesn't stand up in wind even after putting bricks on the base - I would have sent it back if I didn't already trash the box.

Poorly made product
VERY poorly made for the money I spent. I think you all sent me a defective one. There is nothing in the torso to catch the stand pole. Due to this, she is 4 ft tall which looks horrible. I have had a lot of issues with your products quality and think this is the last year I purchase anything from you.

Love Serena, but the piece that attaches to the stand is pushed up into her torso and now I am unable to get the piece out. Therefore, I am unable to attach her to the metal stand. The attachment piece needs to be secured better. I’m disappointed. I thought this product would have been made with better quality.

Quality Has Gone Downhill
We bought Victoria and Eva from here a few years ago and absolutely love them. Last year we bought Devon and the plastic pole that connects to the metal pole broke. We got Serena as a replacement for Devon. First, she’s too “pretty”, not at all creepy other than her lipstick was applied poorly. Second, her hair is curled nicely on top, but about halfway down the curls stopped. It was like they expected you to keep it hidden inside the removable cloak. Lastly, her dress was so badly made that I had to re-make it while on her. It was way to fitted around her waist and was obvious that her bust stopped at a certain point. It also had a tear in the side. And the sleeves are such small cylinders that it looks silly, plus they were twisted. So disappointed at how the quality of these has gone downhill. I also agree that the weighted stand is a good idea but the t cross that the original two have is a lot more stable.

Poor Quality
I bought this in September and placed out in October, naturally... during assembly, I thought great the base is weighted... kept falling over still. It took its last fall and the bottom where the snap on pole goes in broke... so she is now the size of a child...
The look is good, but the quality of the product overall is poor.

Poor Quality! Had to return after 1 day!
I received the figure the week before Halloween and lasted only 1 day before the body insert that connects to the stand snapped. The weight of the body was too much for the plastic insert and the figure tips over easily. It looks great but poor quality and workmanship. Highly disappointed.

Be careful. Not sound activated. Poor Quality.
Last year these were sound activated and made noise. This year only te eyes light up. The quality is very poor. I am disappointed and sending it back.
