Beautiful and practical
This desk exceeded my expectations in appearance, quality of material, ease of assembly and size and function. The Sheesham wood is beautiful with lovely graining. The assembling was so easy with clearly marked and perfectly matched joining pieces. If you have limited space, this is a great choice. Excellent value for the money.

Lincoln Sheesham Desk
The desk is beautiful - is solid wood, very well made, fairly heavy. It was easy to assemble. The drawer interior is large. I appreciated that it was very well packed, first with bubble wrap & corrugated cardboard pieces, then secured inside w/thick outer cardboard box that did not fall apart in shipping as many do. It was lost in shipping and I was subsequently advised that it had been sitting in one location. When I notified Grandin Road by email about non-receipt, they had GLS shipper trace & locate it, forwarded it to me, and GLS representative phoned me directly. The top right of the desk has a very small scratch, not a major issue. I plan to sand the sharp corners into curved edges, repair the scratch and waterproof all surfaces.

what a steal!
I've been looking at this desk for quite awhile. It was more than I wanted to spend and I was hesitant given that I couldn't picture the size of it with the curve. A week ago it went on sale for $79! That's right... $79!!! I couldn't pass that up - I could give it to a friend if I didn't like it. It's REALLY nice. Just as pictured. Beautifully finished, no scratches. And it was VERY easy to assemble. I did it myself with no help. It is well worth several hundred $ and I would still have been satisfied if I paid more. I'm callling it a Christmas present for myself :)

Lincoln Sheesham Desk
I have two of these desks and both are gorgeous! The wood is unique on each of them but equally as beautiful. Desk is large enough to accommodate my computer, lamp etc. but fits in a small space. I highly recommend this product!! You won’t be disappointed.

Happy with my new desk
very attractive piece of furniture, well built and can be a statement piece. Drawer is large and holds all I need to have on hand for a day of work. I put a varidesk on top of it and still have 8-10 inches of free space on each side for flat objects (if its raised a few inches) other wise 4-5 inches. It is a on the tall side, so not good for someone short. I am 5'6'' female. My chair is not adjustable height wise, so will need to get new chair. Oh well, didn't like my chair anyway!

Unique style, beautiful graining
I bought this a month ago to use as a makeup vanity in my bathroom! The unique style and beautiful graining looks better in person than pictured. The graining is darker than the picture on Grandin Road, but you won't be disappointed in your purchase.

Love this beautiful desk. So unique. Very easy to assemble. There is a slight flaw on the top, i believe due to shrinkage., a small crack that can easily be filled in. The desk was dry and a bit rough, so i used a good furniture oil and it brightened the wood and absorbed the oil quickly. Feels smooth now. Coming from India i can understand why it was in the state that it was. Well worth the minor trouble to improve its condition. I recommend the desk

Lincoln Sheesham Desk
My husband, an excellent wood-worker, tried to talk me out of ordering the Lincoln Sheesham Desk. He thought it would be “cheaply made and inferior workmanship.” When it arrived and he began to assemble it….well he immediately changed his mind! He was very very impressed with the quality of the wood and workmanship. We are both 100% happy with this purchase.

I have had my eye on this piece of furniture for years. I pounced when it went on a sale I could not resist and I needed a desk to complete my little apartment. First: it's gorgeous. The wood grain is unique and everyone who sees it raves about it. Second: it is well built - so sayeth my husband who has had to put together furniture from a famous Swedish company as well as an online furniture competitor. It was well engineered, things fit properly and the assembly was straight forward. Third: it is comfortable and perfect for a small apartment. Doubles as a lovely console table, doesn't take up a lot of visual space. My husband liked it so much, we bought another one for a different home!

HAD BEEN LOOKING AT THIS DESK FOR A BIT. ONCE IT WENT ON SALE I WENT FOR IT!
THE WOOD IS A LITTLE DARKER THAN PICTURED BUT IT IS SO PRETTY AND A REALLY NICE SIZE FOR MY NEW HOME OFFICE.

Great bones
As others noted, a little darker than expected but there is plenty of light tones throughout. Love the curves and stand-alone appeal of the desk. I was able to put the desk together on my own (and I'm not handy). Very sturdy. It has been a very comfortable workspace.

Perfect Little Desk!
This is the cutest desk, and fits perfectly in the spot I had chosen for it. Since the back is also finished, I can rotate it to face different places depending on sunlight etc. If you have a smallish space, and need a writing or working desk, this is a really unique and well-made piece!

What can I say except WOW! Very well made indeed. I needed to raise it a bit to be able to clear the arm chair when pushed in. It did come with the screw on leg cap to adjust the level but they were not long enough. I just bought replacement and that worked perfectly

High quality, reasonable price!
We bought the desk and chair about a month ago to replace an oversized desk and chair over 20 years old. The wood on the desk is beautiful and matched nicely with the chair.

This desk says the top is 51" x 26" but looks smaller in the pictures. Are these dimensions correct?
50 7/8 front corner to corner across top. Looks smaller bc desk top is 24” surface depth but with curve it’s 26” front to back.
