Poor quality
Extremely disappointed with the quality of this urn. Ordered two to place on either side of our front door. One urn arrived with 7 cracks. The outside powder coating was broken off and the entire interior rim was white. Customer service was less than apologetic and didn't even offer so much as expedited shipping for a replacement. The representative also indicated that a replacement would be sent assuming the item wasn't out of stock. This was my first purchase with this company and will be my last.

Nice looking, but.......
I bought these low planters to match my existing tall planters which were bought elsewhere years ago.
The low planters match and look nice, however they were manufactured in a way that leaves an open blunt edge on the interior of the top rim which happens to chip and crack very easily. Mine arrived with a few small chips and cracks in it already. It seems that the rim will continue to chip and break off with just normal use. I am disappointed that this somewhat pricey purchase will not last as long as expected in good condition.

Nice Looking Planter!
This planter is a great size next to an entry door, in our case, on either side of glass, French doors leading to a breezeway. They are made well and having a drainage hole is a bonus.
