The opening of my planter is 18.6” in diameter.  What is the exact measurement of the base of the filler?  The measurements do not specify base or greenery.  One would assume the base is 24” and not the greenery?

I have real potted hydrangeas in my window box and I tucked the swags in with them at the front of the window box to blend with the wreath and urn fillers... I can see me using these with many other products that I purchase down the road..
