Great cabinet
The first one I ordered came damaged. Called customer service and they were extremely helpful and sent a new cabinet right away (no arguments or hassle). The second one came quickly and not damaged. Its heavy and solid.

Beautiful cabinet
Beautiful cabinet. Very solid piece of furniture. Rated 4 stars instead of 5 as the glass was out of one door and scratched the inside of the cabinet when delivered. Otherwise very happy with purchase.

Not worth the price - even on sale
Not great quality. Came chipped, scuffed and with glass completely dislodged (as other reviews had stated, this is a common problem). Will have to pay a handyman to fix the glass, but won't bother with customer service at Grandin Road, since it seems a new one won't be much better. Would not recommend

It's good, not great.
The cabinet is lovely and exactly as pictured but the glass from the doors were dislodged at delivery. One was so difficult to fit back in (the rubber inside the frame had also come out) that it fell and split the bridge of my nose. I bought this on sale and did not want to argue with customer service. I eventually got the glass in and it's fine.

Maeve Glass Cabinet
Received my cabinet and it was damaged. Without the damage I would have had it full and sitting in my great room. The glass had fallen out of doors but were not broken. They install with rubber gaskets so that's going to be fun. Called customer service and another one is on the way. Can only hope it is not damaged as it is a good looking cabinet. Really heavy. Wouldn't have paid full price because with the shipping costs it would have been way to expensive.. Bought on sale and with shipping costs still expensive.
