The color I'm interested in is labeled as "Steel" but it looks more like an olive green to me. Is it more on the greenish side? I am not interested at all in anything remotely resembling grey. Thank you so much for taking the time.

Is the white rope part raised up. I have three dogs and was wondering if their paws would pick or unravel this.thanks
No, it's not raised up any more than the color portion but there's a pile to the entire rug. I have a dog and so far no problem (I've had the rug for about a month).

Is the white rope part actually white or off-white?
The. white looks white but I wouldn't say it's a stark white. I have white drapes and molding in the same room and it looks fine along side of it.

Very pretty on the living room floor
Glad to have the Melrose Area rug in our living room. Everyone notices the nice blue & ivory design and makes positive comment. I told them we bought it from Grandin Road.

Plush Foyer Rug
Very nice plush foyer rug. Brightens up the entrance way making entry appealing. Rug feels great under bare feet and does not slip at all on tile floor. Purchased the rug pad to keep it from slipping but have not used because the rug doesn't slide. So happy I purchased.

These rugs are so nice. They’re very plush and feel so good under your feet. I change my decor with the seasons. So I got the red to use at Christmas, Valentines Day & 4th of July. I love them!
