Rated 1 out of 5 by KWall from Do not recommend These chairs look good, but every single chair I received, was not level, and no matter how many times I tried to assemble, or reassemble, they did not sit flat and rocked significantly. The chairs come with small plastic leveling feet, but in a couple circumstances, I had to unscrew them 1.5 to 2 inches to try and get the chair to sit flat, which just looked ridiculous. The customer service was the best part of the whole purchase, because they tried to work with me and sent me a replacement to try again, but those chairs had the exact same problem. Ultimately after trying four different sets, I returned all of them extremely frustrated. This product is not up to the quality I would expect from this site and I strongly do not recommend it.
