I have 3 dogs that love to lay on my outdoor furniture that have cushions and it’s extra work to clean the covers. The dogs don’t get on this furniture because no external cushions. No extra work for me. And bonus they are comfortable to seat on.

It's where everyone wants to sit (because I don't have the other pieces yet)...including the dogs (and they cannot dirty it). I do have the ottoman and it's just as comfy and doubles as another seat. Best purchase!

We have Berlin Garden Polywood chairs/tables for their comfort and durability. We wanted something similar for our deck. We did NOT want cushions for the seats as they blow away in the wind and get dirty quickly. My wife discovered the Montville collection and we loved the look/functionality. The chairs are comfy and easy to clean (quick wipe of a damp rag just like the plywood chairs). We can’t comment on durability as we just received them, but all items arrived in good condition and well packaged. No assembly other than the very heavy and substantial side tables, but that’s a benefit as they will never move in the wind! The tables have real concrete tops! Honestly, we sorta hate leaving the furniture outside it’s so nice. We did purchase covers for the winter weather in Colorado. As they say, you get what you pay for.
