Rated 3 out of 5 by Tholley from Arrived Damaged I ordered this product on 11/9/2020 and it was delivered 2/16/2021. The quality and design of the cabinet is beautiful. It packaged damaged. Chatted with Rita who said she put in a replacement that would definitely ship 3/8/2021 as I was concerned about more delays. Just received an email this morning saying it will be delayed further and shipped in May 2021. The pictures I have prove it was shipped damage. This is a horrible experience as all other items from Grandin have been awesome. I'm very disappointed there isn't a sense of urgency to replace this order and ensure it doesn't arrive damaged.
