Love this planter!
We have the tall Nantucket planter and bought this as a companion. It was easy to set up and looks great. It is also easy to keep clean and does not fade. We get many compliments on it! We bought the blue and are very happy with the color…looks great with lime green foliage too.

Very Good quality
The 16vinch planters fit exactly on the sides of a step leasding out from my sliders. The gray mstched my house paint perfectly. In the summer i fill them with flowers and i pllan to drop in the faux evergreen balls also purchased from Grandin Road. Will see how they hold up in the MA winters.

Classic planter
Adds the perfect classic touch to our front porch. I couldn’t believe how lightweight they are, even after adding filler, soil and plants. Easy to move around. We recently had a lot of rain, and I can tell the overflow has drained out. Hopeful these will last a long time.

I recently bought two of these planters. One is doing great and the other one is holding water and killing the plant in it. I have totally drained it and re-potted and it seems to be happening again! Any suggestions??
I can now answer my own question! After much trial and error, we realized that one of our Nantucket planters did not have a small "weep hole" on the side. Therefore when we had a few heavy rainstorms, the planter almost burst it was so full of water. We lost two major plants before we realized what was wrong.

It's hard to see if this planter sits directly on the floor. I feel like a need some air flow from the bottom of the box to the floor. Outdoor use only. How can I see the bottom of the container?
