Ordered 4 of the Newcomb Rocking Chairs and love them! Has anyone had problems with the plugs covering the screw heads popping off? Tapped them in with rubber mallet and most have popped off. Any suggestions or can I get additional plugs?

Does assembly require glue?, clamping?
Thank you for your interest in the Newcomb Rocking Chair. This item is assembled using the included screws. You will need a Philips screwdriver and a rubber mallet to insert the included wooden caps over the screws.

What quick drying cushions for the Newcomb Rocking Chairs can you recommend to cover back and seat? Am looking for ones in a teal or other color (light purple would be great) for our 2 new black chairs. Thank you. Order # G21220077.
Thank you for your interest in the Newcomb Rocking Chair. This item is made to be comfortable without a cushion. However, you can always add a cushion for additional comfort. The seat dimensions are 20"W x 19-1/2"D, we recommend using the 19 x 17-1/2 Sunbrella Tufted Deep Seat Cushion (116887).

This question has been asked, but still doesn't make sense. If the seat is 20" wide how could the chair itself be 40 1/2 inches wide. Seems like a mistake. The arms do not appear to be 10 inches wide. Please measure, don't just go by product description

Rocker Relaxing
As I said in my earlier review about the lumbar pillow I had recently received for this very chair, it's a wonderful addition to my deck!!! One of these days I'll have to take some pictures of ALL of the things that I've ordered from you for both the front and the back of the house!!! Each season makes a GRAND{in} Road statement!!!

Great Looking and Comfortable Chair
This chair is great. And believe it or not it is actually easy to assemble! Added a tropical pillow and chair is so comfortable I could rock all day. I recommend.

REALLY LOVE THESE BUT BEWARE….
I love the look of these oversize rockers! I got the Ash Black. Last year I purchased the brown and the wood was smooth. The Ash Black was textured and I was surprised. However, one came damage and they send a replacement quickly but the replacement was smooth and looked totally different from the others! I was confused b/c I just thought maybe the black was supposed to be textured, unlike the brown. The photo show smooth black. I called again and asked for another replacement and to check before sending b/c I wanted them all to look the same. So, just FYI….but I do love them!

I bought two rockers and table for my daughter and husbands anniversary. Had been looking for two years for the perfect rockers.when me eyes caught these I knew at last I found what I was looking for. They love the rockers, told me they were easy to assemble and vey comfortable. The perfect color for their mountain home. I'm happy and so are they.

We absolutely love our new rocking chairs! They look beautiful on our front porch and are really comfortable. We have not ordered pillows yet, but I think that will be a big plus and make it even more relaxing!

Great Chair!
We love the chair! It’s unique in shape, plenty comfortable and very large. We suggest a tad bit of glue on the screw covers, but recommend it.

Have been looking at purchasing rocking chairs for several months. I liked these as soon as I saw them but was hoping to spend less. After comparing with other chairs I decided I am always happy with the items I order from Grandinroad and decided to purchase them. They look great and so much better than the picture. The are very well made and are heavy. They have now been through a couple of windy rainy storms and stayed upright and in place. The chair height is great and makes getting out of them very easy. Definitely would recommend….you will not be sorry.
