Unrivaled customer service and an adorable product
These sweet, festive deer showed up pretty quickly. Unfortunately, one of them was broken inside the box even thought there was no damage to the box itself. I called Grandin Road within minutes of receiving this and had the best customer service experience of my life! I explained that while there was no damage to any of the packaging, one of the deer was broken inside the box. The agent told me they would send me a new set right away and I could dispose of the set I currently had.There were no questions asked, no photos of the damaged item required..the entire transaction was completely hassle free! I offered to return the damaged set as evidence but was assured it was not necessary. I received the new, undamaged set within a few days as expected. And let me tell you, these guys are so cute! They add such a fun touch of holiday cheer no matter where you use them! I loved them so much I ordered another set (so I have the brown and the tan). They did drop a fair a mount of excess glitter so you may want to shake them off over the box or trash can but it is an easy clean up. I got lots of compliments on these cuties and I can't wait to see them again next year.

Love my reindeer!
I saw these nostalgic reindeer and thought they were cute so I ordered four of them! They weren’t just cute, they were adorable! I ordered four more on Sunday, thinking that I’d get them after the holidays, I received them in three days!
They are precious.
They came to me in a box inside a box with styrofoam keeping them safe! My first purchase from you, but certainly not my last!

Love these vintage inspired deer!
I love these. I tried to buy them last year and they were sold out. Just opened up the box and they are larger than expected, which I like! They do have loose glitter, so just save the molded styrofoam and the box they came in to store them in. Great packaging as well! Thanks Grandin Road. I ordered a pair of these a couple of years ago and was hoping they would make a comeback! Ordered another set for a different part of my house. They are bigger than they look in the catalog photo and are sturdy. The box they come in is perfect for off season storage. Highly recommend, so if you’re thinking about ordering them do it right away as they sell out fast.
