Rated 3 out of 5 by from Plastic Wreath I was under the impression that is was a metal black coated wreath. It was all plastic. The cloth bow material has a plastic stiffeners to keep the bow rigid and therefore does not get flat which is good. The price is steep for a plastic wreath.
