Great Outdoor Sculpture
LOVE this simple modern sculpture that looks good anywhere. Not solid metal as advertised, but beautifully finished - corten steel? - with a flexible screw so you can adjust the sculpture to you particular taste.

Not very pleased
I loved this at first, but the finish gets worse after left out during winter. Not as substantial as it looks - cannot tighten the screw at the bottom, and is rusting even though I sprayed it with clear rust-oleum. This could have been a better product if the material was thicker, and the bottom screw could be adjustable

Love it. I haven't mounted it yet but it's super cool & artsy! Bigger than I thought which I LOVE!
I'm only mounting it so that it won't disappear from my front yard!

Way over priced
Like the look but it is not worth the money could not even use like it was the screw at the bottom was so loose and you cannot tighten it we had to put another screw in doesn't look the best but it's cheaper than sending the thing back. Would not buy again.

Perfect garden accent
I placed the orb in the center of a small rose garden I just started. I like the results. The piece was thinner and lighter than I expected but the look is attractive. It was a birthday gift from my son and daughter in law and I love it!

The catalogue and web say it is solid iron. We have one that has hollow pieces. It is rusting through where the bolts attach at the pivot point. We have had it for 5 plus years and enjoy it. However it is falling apart. Is this one really solid?

What is the material composition?
I assume it's metal, but what kind? And is there a coating or finish on it?
It appears to be "natural" corrosion which adds to the rustic appeal.

How can I refresh the color on the orb?
I have had the garden orb in my garden for two years and I love it! It has been through drought and a very wet winter in the SF Bay Area and is in good shape. The only problem is that the color has faded and it looks kind of splotchy. Any ideas on how I can refresh the rusty color that will hold up to direct sun.

Does it come with a stake to keep it stationary?
No, it did not. You might bend it trying to secure it to the ground. Wind could easily blow it away. I returned this item.
