VERY Heavy Base!
This base is great quality! Very heavy, and the shaft is higher, so it really holds the umbrella steady. We purchased an 8' x 10' umbrella also, and wanted to make sure we had a larger base to hold it. We were not disappointed!

Nice Stand!
I purchased 2 of these to use with 9 ft. umbrellas - because my umbrellas are so big I also purchased the extra 30# weights that pair with these stands. It gets pretty windy where we are sometimes so the added weight gives me piece of mind that these won't blow over.
I got the champagne color to match the champagne umbrella pole (black and sand striped canopies) and they look beautiful together
The stand itself is very pretty and heavy.
They are a little pricey but I think worth it!

Very heavy~!
I purchased this a month ago and it's replacing an OLD umbrella stand. First, I like that it has (2) screw in supports and my old one had only (1). It keeps my umbrella very steady even when it's a bit windy out. I'm waiting for my other base craps out on me so I can buy another one of these!

This base is not only lovely in design- it is extremely sturdy -we added the weight in the bottom as we have an 11 ft umbrella

What is the external edge-to-edge diameter of the pole assembly? I need to fit this under a table where it would extend upwards through a pole ring about six inches off the ground.
