Was the issue with these being under stuffed fixed??? Have been wanting to buy these but haven’t because of the reviews that these are not as shown, but under stuffed.

I ordered 2 of these poufs in Sangria and although I loved the color, they were so under-filled that I was very disappointed at the quality. They are very wrinkled and no cube shape at all. I e-mailed a picture to customer service and got no response

Which color names are which? I would have thought sangria was red (is it the orange color?) but have no clue what neptune and aruba would be.

Overstuffed Pouf
I just purchased two Neptune blue outdoor poufs. They were overstuffed and very firm. They were not comfortable to use as a footrest which is why I purchased. However, they would be great to sit on because they are so firm. I definitely didn’t expect this after reading all the previous reviews of being under stuffed.

Well made. Sumbrella fabric. Though not as firm as a regular ottoman, it is surprisingly supportive for using to also sit on.

Understuffed
I agree with the previous review. Quality seems good. Good fabric. But very under stuffed. Excess material for the pouf is noticable. Does not look like the picture online at all. Have to decide if I should return.

Not as advertised
The 2 poufs I ordered are not as tight or as full as they appear online and in the catalogue. They are more like slouchy square bean bags with not enough filling. The quality is good, just needs a lot more filling to look like it does online.
