Nice when light is on.
I bought the white and I wish I had bought a different color. The white looks dingy and cheep when it is turned off. It would have been better if it was on a timer. I think I will enjoy it more outside for Spring and Summer. It is constantly raining here in Tennessee. I may try it on my front porch which is covered. I think it is best used outside.

Bright and stylish
I bought the yellow pineapple light a couple of months ago for my pool/cabana area. I liked it so well I ordered the orange one. It is a pretty light and it is very bright. Turns out I used these during hurricane Florence. I live in eastern NC and we were without power 8 days!! They were better than a flashlight! So I ordered a white one to keep in my kitchen.

What type of battery does it utilize?

How is the lamp powered ? Solar, batteries? Is there a timer feature? Can the lamp sustain outdoor weather, i.e rain, extreme heat, strong winds? Will the lamps topple over easily? Is composition of the lamp breakable glass?
Thank you for your interest in the Pineapple Light. This light can withstand normal outdoor weather and is crafted from weather-friendly polyresin. It is battery-powered by three AA batteries (not included) and has an on/off switch (no timer function). Each light weighs 2 lbs.
