Does the planter have drainage holes in the bottom? Can you plant vegetables in this planter?

Beautiful and function planters
These are very nice planters - sturdy but not too heavy to move around with plants in them. I was worried they'd look like cheap plastic but they are really well made and tasteful. The self watering feature is interesting - be aware you'll need to drill a hole in a spot on the top lip to be able to add water to the resevioir.

Beautiful planter
The planter arrived in perfect condition, no assembly needed with instructions on the best way to fill the plater to ensure a healthy plant. It's gorgeous and perfect for my palm plant since it will definitely not blow over in a heavy wind.

Perfect planters
I bought a pair of these beautiful planters for the front porch of our new outdoor pavilion. They are the perfect size and match the trim and siding pattern of the pavilion. Followed directions for adding lava rocks, drilling a fill hole, and adding water. Look forward to seeing ferns and ivy thrive in them. Neighbors across the pond will enjoy them, too, because they are the perfect touch to set off the pavilion.

Perfect size and color!
I am using the dark blue square planter for a hydrangea plant, which now lives on our back deck. The planter just adds to the beauty of the hydrangea,, and watering is a snap with the reservoir underneath. A great purchase - I plan to buy another in white for the front yard
