Pocono beautiful
Once this tree was fluffed it was beautiful. I decorated with the traditional ornament collection as pictured in the catalog and it turned out very pretty. The tree looks real so that makes it even more of the natural look I wanted.

Feels like a real tree
I am amazed at the quality of this tree. I moved and treated myself to a new tree. I was looking and looking and found this! I couldnt be an happier. this tree feels like a real one and it was super simple to put together. It is full and the perfect amount of lights so I didnt have to add any.

Nice tree
This is a nice tree. It isn't quite as full looking as the photograph. Also, there is more room between the bottom of the tree and the ground then pictured. While I didn't purchase the tree base cover, I think I will after Christmas as that will help fill some of the space.

Looks great when lights work. They don't.
Had one several years and the lights would stop working. So we'd try to replace the fuses and lights with new ones, but it till didn't work. Ever. We'd buy more strands from a store and just add to "hide" the strands that wouldn't work.
We threw the tree away and bought a new one. It's been a few years but is doing the same thing. Over half the tree won't light up. I called customer support to see if they have a place to service it or any solution other than continue to buy more lights to add to their faulty ones.
They do not. This time when we throw this tree away I think it's time to get a different brand.
