Pre-Lit Broomstick Pathway Markers, Set of Three is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 11.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love them!!! They look great lining my walkway. They were shorter than I excepted because of the picture online, but they are the right height for a broomstick. I actually ordered a 2nd set and will probably order 1 or 2 more next year if they are available. We didn't have any problem installing them and they have held up to the weather so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost wish I could keep them up year 'round. We love these broomsticks, they're perfect to light the walkway to your door for the trick-or-treaters. We bought two sets of three but depending on how long your pathway is, or if you want to light both sides of the path, you might want to order more than that since they don't have as large a separation as pictured on the site. I didn't measure the entire length with the stake, but when set up they stand 4ft tall out of the ground. The only knock I can really give them is the maximum length between each broomstick. Spread to maximum capacity they are only 39 inches apart, or 3 feet 3 inches. I would've preferred a little more distance between them, but it's a small gripe since we were only lighting one side of our walkway, and just the corner of it really. They give off great light and you can see them from all the way down the block. It might've been a little better if the lights extended all the way up the broom because at night the top of the brooms are lost in the dark since they are black and it just looks like you have sticks with orange lights on them. They still look fantastic though and up close it's clear they're broomsticks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lighted broomsticks Love them! So Easy to put together and are well made. Most importantly appear to be easy to store back in the box they came in. Wanted to add the witches leg but they had already sold out. Maybe next year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Difficult Installation I purchased six of these lights to light my front sidewalk. First, I tried to install them similar to what is pictured on the website only to find the I was unable to utilize an outdoor rated extension cord, even with an adapter, because the slots of the plug on the tree would not accommodate the tongs of the adapter. Therefore, I was left having to install the trees close together so each could plug directly into the other. Thus, you cannot have much distance between each tree as depicted on the website (at least I couldn't). Additionally, I made the mistake of hammering the stakes into the ground, which caused the ends to become too large for the "broomsticks" to fit over. Please learn from my mistake as the directions do not warn against this and if your ground is hard you will need to use another method of inserting the stakes. Last, after getting all the trees placed close enough to plug into one another and having to buy dowels in order to get the "broomsticks" to secure into the stake since they would not slip over the stake, I was left with a female end on my extension cord and a female end on the trees, meaning that I will need to now purchase a male to male adapter. These trees have been a nightmare. Perhaps I'm too stupid to install these decorations, but better directions could have helped in this event.

Description states 3' electrical cord in-between, so all 3 lights have to be hooked together with a total distance of 6'?  Can you place individual brooms randomly with extensions cords? If not your picture is misleading.

Asked by: witchy one
Thank you for your interest in the Pre-Lit Broomstick Pathway Markers, Set of Three. 3' electrical cord between each broom with 4" lead cord at one end. The lead cord can be plugged into an extension cord to allow the brooms to be farther away from your power outlet. To achieve the look in the featured picture you will need three to four sets.

Has anyone used these with an extension cord?

Description states 4" lead cord which seems short from plug to first broom. Thanks!
Asked by: slpdesigns
Thank you for your interest in the Pre-Lit Broomstick Pathway Markers, Set of Three. The lead cord on the first pathway broom is only 4”. If you want your brooms farther from the outlet an extension cord can be used. The extension cord should be rated for outdoor use, and should be plugged into a GFI (Ground Fault Indicator) outlet.

Broomstick Pathway Markers

I am not sure what you mean by 3 inches ( or feet) of cord between them. They are all connected together? Meaning how long is the whole strand from broom 1 to broom 3?
Asked by: CatM
