Description states 3' electrical cord in-between, so all 3 lights have to be hooked together with a total distance of 6'? Can you place individual brooms randomly with extensions cords? If not your picture is misleading.
Thank you for your interest in the Pre-Lit Broomstick Pathway Markers, Set of Three. 3' electrical cord between each broom with 4" lead cord at one end. The lead cord can be plugged into an extension cord to allow the brooms to be farther away from your power outlet. To achieve the look in the featured picture you will need three to four sets.

They look amazing and well lit and neighbours loved them! Gave them 4 start as they were delicate and shatter if dropped easily and base was difficult to assembly. Will but more next year and they interconnect!

Beautiful but do not hammer stakes in ground!
Had for a few seasons and they are really cool! I have learned not to hammer on the stakes that secure them into the ground though! They kind of flatten out at top then won’t fit into brooms. our ground is hard so we had to hammer them down and couldn’t get them o fit so we had to saw them tops off the stakes but are good now. In three seasons only one broom has stopped working just this year. (we have 4 sets)

Can’t wait to set up my display!
I have a witch theme for Halloween and wanted to buy them last year but waited too long. So glad I got them this year and can’t wait to set everything up this year. Perfect addition to my decorations.

Can’t wait to light these up.
These brooms appear to be made well and I like that I can bend the bristles into shape. I’m excited to set these up for Halloween. I would have liked to have rated them with five stars but I haven’t used them yet and don’t know how they will perform.

But great...
First off, I love the way they look! Secondly, I like that you can move the broomstick "branches” around and they all connect or you could set them up separately as they are not attached to one another. Thirdly, the broomsticks themselves are very sturdy and I'm pleased with the ground stakes. I wish the part that went up into the broom was a bit longer for added structure and support but presumably they'll be fine.
What I don't like is that there is no grounding third prong option for the plugs making it very difficult when using outdoor extension cords. Plus the plugs are the same same size, again the difficulty with different sized extension cord plugs necessitating some creativity. I measured the length of cord on each broomstick and none of them are the 3' listed in the description, one is only 2'4"!! So that is disappointing, they need some better quality control. I'm sure nothing can be done at this point as they are out of stock.
I'm definitely planning to purchase more next year or whenever they are in stock again. Overall I'm pleased. I can't wait to see them lit up at night!

Needs longer cords
These broomsticks are great for outdoor decorations, but I wish they had longer cords to space them out better. They also don’t stay in the ground very well. These are the reasons for the rating

Short wired but Beautiful Broomsticks
These broomsticks are beautiful, very well-made, and light up very well and anchor, solid into the ground. The broom itself is made with great care, and are very easy to fluff and adjust. The only problem I have with them is the length of light string to plug them in. I need to buy 12” extension cords so that the brooms are far enough apart from one another. An additional suggestion I have is to extend the height of the pole another 18 inches or more as they are a bit short once put in the ground.

Amazing but not fully working
They look amazing, but one of the three arrived with the lights not working. I had to buy another string of lights and add them, since your out of stock for this item

design flaw
Great quality as are all the things I've purchased from this company, however, these brooms are poorly designed. They are adorable as pictured, but there are no lights on the black broom straw, only on the broom handles. When it gets dark, the black broom straw completely disappears. All you see is a stick with orange lights on it. The broom straw should have white lights on it.

Super cute but not durable at all
These are so pretty and light up my walkway beautifully until they don’t. Last year I bought
3 sets. One brook quit working within days. This year I bought another set. One broom quit working. Went though the hassle of packing 3 up to send back for an exchange. One of the new ones just quit working!
I give up! I planned to purchase a set every year for the next few years but these just don’t hold up. I would not recommend these at all.

I love Grandin Road and have been a LONG time customer. I have also bought tons of Halloween decorations from them over the years. The broom lights are only OK. In the picture they look fantastic— probably because it’s only turning dusk. In reality— you only really turn the lights on when it’s dark and when it’s dark you can’t see the broom you can only see black sticks with orange lights. Plus this item is overpriced

Cute but didn’t even last one Halloween season.
I bought two sets - they are very cute but a broom from one set quit working before my first Halloween was even over. Very disappointed.

Poor purchase
Do not purchase these. Second time I've bought them b/c half of our driveway brooms work, and they're already not lighting up. Sad b/c I think they're so cute.

I don't understand
I was so excited to put these up along my sidewalk. But no. The cords on them are only 3 FEET LONG. That's not that long. That means they'll all be bunched together. So if you like them all bunched together, this is the product for you -- lucky you! If you, like me, were hoping to spread them out as they are shown on all of the advertising.... you're welcome. Save yourself the hassle of buying them. And no, you cannot use extension cords bc the sockets don't accept a fat prong. Happy Halloween!!

Difficult Installation
I purchased six of these lights to light my front sidewalk. First, I tried to install them similar to what is pictured on the website only to find the I was unable to utilize an outdoor rated extension cord, even with an adapter, because the slots of the plug on the tree would not accommodate the tongs of the adapter. Therefore, I was left having to install the trees close together so each could plug directly into the other. Thus, you cannot have much distance between each tree as depicted on the website (at least I couldn't). Additionally, I made the mistake of hammering the stakes into the ground, which caused the ends to become too large for the "broomsticks" to fit over. Please learn from my mistake as the directions do not warn against this and if your ground is hard you will need to use another method of inserting the stakes. Last, after getting all the trees placed close enough to plug into one another and having to buy dowels in order to get the "broomsticks" to secure into the stake since they would not slip over the stake, I was left with a female end on my extension cord and a female end on the trees, meaning that I will need to now purchase a male to male adapter. These trees have been a nightmare. Perhaps I'm too stupid to install these decorations, but better directions could have helped in this event.
