How long are the light bulbs warranties for ? We purchased the set of three trees in November 2019 and over time ALL lights have gone out. We only got to use them for one Christmas. I would think we get several seasons use. WE ARE MOST UNHAPPY !

Very poorly made; they do not sit on their stands properly and flocking falls off very easily.

Very disappointed
I bought these last year and opened the box to start getting ready for Christmas and I'm very disappointed. The flocking is nice but several branches were so squashed that they aren't covered in flocking. Also there are sections that are bare and no matter what I did, I am not able to cover the tree trunk. For the price and Grandin Road I expected so much better. :(

Lights did not work

Not as picture shows
I bought these set of 3 trees as the photos makes them look gorgeous! Unfortunately, I get mine and they’re not nearly as full. I have plenty of bare spots. So disappointed for the money spent.

Overall dissatisfied
Although price was great and from a distance this trees look amazing and a big us they include an extension cord inside the box that’s where the positive review ends. These trees are bare and the branches are weak and fall off easily. The flocking is not attached to the branches very well half of it ended up on the floor just by slightly adjusting the branches. I ordered from this company because the quality is usually above others but this did not live up to other things I have purchased.

Branches uneven, loose, uneven flocking
The trees look ok, but on the small and large one, a few of the branches are very loose. They cannot be adjusted so some of the branches point straight down. The flocking is uneven, especially on the largest tree. Clumpy in some areas, sparse in others. Also, the lights on the little tree flicker off and on. I have to move the light cord until they come on. This was my first order from Grandin Road and I am disappointed.

Only lasted 1 year
I bought these trees last winter. I set them up this winter and two of the trees lights do not work and half of the tallest tree the lights are also out. Not worth the money.

lighted xmas trees
the set of flock xmas trees arrived fast...I took them out of the box to make sure they were not damaged & worked and they did. Just this week I put up my Christmas decorations and they worked the first evening and the second night the middle tree 2 ft went out and I can not figure out what is wrong....so now I just have two trees. I do not think they are the best quality...if they last this season it will be ok
