Will the branches strong enough to hold ornaments ?

We also have the top half of the tree lights go out and not really happy about it. Have tried replacing bulbs and not work. How can we order lights to match...not happy that lights are out with how expensive tree is.

Half of the lights (on the top half of my tree) went out. What do I do to fix the problem? The top half of the branches light up but the bottom half of the branches (middle section of the tree) will not light even though both plugs are plugged in.
We are sorry to hear about your Pre-Lit Spooky Tree. We recommend first checking for any broken bulbs or any bulbs that are not fully pushed into the socket. The broken bulbs should be replaced with the replacement bulbs included with the item. If this does not resolve the issue we also recommend checking the fuses in the plug of this item and replacing them if needed.

How do you switch to twinkling?
One customer stated that you can switch them from solid to twinkling. If so, how is this done?
Just received my trees and they are PERFECT! LOVE LOVE LOVE them and cannot wait for Halloween!

Are they waterproof or water resistant? If it rain? Can they be outside? There's no clear info if they are weatherproof.

If one light goes out , do the rest stay lit or do they have to be replaced for the tree to stay lit
I don't know. I have had 2 small trees for years and it doesn't appear that any lights have gone out. I decorate indoors with orange and purple lights and lights go out all the time!!! Not so with these trees!

I have had the Pre-lit Spooky Tree on my Halloween wish list for a few years.
I am so very glad I can now say I own one! It is made so very well as is all of the Grandinroad items. In fact I love it so much I have placed an order for more of them!

Awesome for outside
I bought 2 of the smaller trees years ago. They have held up well, no worries about rain etc, and look great at the front door. This year I bought 2 of the large trees, to complement the smaller ones, and I have been fearful one day the smaller ones won't work and I don't want to be without spooky trees! The 4 trees look great together! Very bright, super easy to assemble. Just get a good outdoor extension cord as the cords aren't very long. Love these trees!!!
