Thank you for your interest in the Prelit Spooky Urn Filler. The lights do have a timer setting; when using the timer setting the light will come on for 6 hours and then turn off for 18 hours. There is no remote included for this item, and the lights are steady on or off. The batteries will last approximately 20 days when using the timer setting.

What I mean is, does it come as one piece or are the separate pieces that you put together inside the urn?

Nice filler for my urn
Great looking filler for my front porch urn. I am putting the large purple witch legs in the pot and filler around them. Last year I used gourds, pumpkins and silk fall leaves as a filler. The black twigs will it a totally different look.
