Prescott Bar Stool is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great unless you’re trying to match previous years The stool is well made and sturdy, but does not match prior years measurements. The footprint is larger (by about 6” in depth) and the seat height shorter (by approximately 1/2”) than prior year’s models of this stool. Great as long as you’re not trying to match previous versions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid counter stool Researched many counter stools but chose this Prescott one. In person they are just like GR's website photos. We ordered three of them. The seat is wide and comfortable. They are extremely heavy and well balanced, The wood seat is smooth and comfortable. One thing to note is the wood on the seat is attractive and rugged with its grain and coloring, but it also has little holes in places that perhaps bugs or something got to prior to the manufacturer making it into a seat. In my opinion these stools are very well priced for what you get and the manufacturer probably cut corners by buying a lot of wood with quality issues. This really doesn't effect the look or feel of the seat but if you are a perfectionist it might irritate you. (I am a perfectionist but I still love them!) I had to put black rubber 5/8" protective cups on each leg which I purchased elsewhere to protect my wood floor though they do come with adjustable small (screw-out) black plastic leveler tips on each leg (but these were kind of rough and do not protect wood floors.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from seem sturdy I bought 3 to use in a beach condo. The raise ridge on the sides and back look much higher in the photo. The seat was comfortable. The legs had what seemed to be plastic things to help level the chairs. My chairs are sitting on tile.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid and good looking We have two of these in counter height. They are good quality, solid and my big husband feels like he is sitting on something substantial. We have them on tile as they are quite heavy so no scratch risk. The feet have small adjustable levelers which is so helpful.
