Excellent Table Base! Works Well in our Kitchen.
We purchased this table base a month ago. The wood is very solid and is rich in color. It was packaged very well for delivery and was very easy to assemble. We are very pleased with this purchase. Customer service was excellent too. We give this one 5 stars.

Two Attempts = PERFECTION
Purchased this Preston Table two weeks prior to 2021 Christmas -as a gift.
When it arrived 1-week prior to Christmas, the base of the table resembled something out of a saloon fight: was not even close to the advertised photo.
Matters got worse when assembly of the base uncovered a huge CRACK in one of the four supports rendering it, and the base, useless!
and NOT what I expected from Grandlin Road.
NOT exactly what I expected from Grandlin Road.
One call to Grandlin Road solved the issue:
- new base shipped and arrived three business days later.
- new base looked as advertised: beautiful!
- Assembly was easy and lowering the glass top on the base was like placing a “Tiffany glass crown on Grace Kelly’s head”: WOW!
- The old saloon relic was put in the empty box and, as requested by Grandlin Road CS, was placed on my front entry for UPS pick up and return!
The chairs, which I ordered from another vender, arrived made the assembly “just right” … and Christmas was very Merry for all!
