I ordered he urn filler and wreath. Very pretty and I am pleased with the wreath; however, the remote didn't work on the urn filler from the very first time it was turned on. The lights wouldn't turn off so I am very disappointed with the urn. I called and their response was they didn't have any remotes and were sold out of the urn fillers so I am stuck with an urn filler that doesn't work. Would not recommend this product.

wreath is beautiful but...
This wreath is very pretty. It is big. But it is fragile. Things are breaking off of it very easily. Berries are rolling around the front doorway. Also, I was SHOCKED to see a card attached to it that says "although I am made for outdoors, I do better on a covered porch"

Savannah Cordless swags
These are ok, but for the price I expected better. They are full but lots of the berries were chipped! The cordless box is VERY UNHANDY when hanging these and the same goes for the window swages. I kept them and colored in the berries with a red magic marker, but next year I think I'll just cut them all off and start over. I WOULD NOT order these again.

I have had to replace the batteries in this wreath 3 times within a month, using the timer setting. The matching urn fillers don’t even work!

Disappointing
I’ve ordered the fall and summer greenery collections and was happy with them,however this collection is disappointing. The garland does not lay flat and the lights go on randomly. Also the materials look a little cheap. Not worth the price I payed. I think I’m done ordering from Grandin road.

Disappointing
The lights on the wreath are not evenly distributed, some are even on the back. The net effect is that at night instead of looking like a wreath it looks like I stuck random blobs of lights on my door. Also, the wreath has big bare branches sticking out of it. It’s difficult to get through the door without snaging your clothes on it. Finally, overall quality is poor. Berries were falling off of it before it was even out of the box. Overall, the product is shoddy, especially for something that cost that much.

Check measurements
Suggestion: Check the measurements of this wreath! I was so surprised at how big it is. Definitely too big for my standard door, especially when we added the garland around it. Everyone who comes into the house bumps into it, and it is very fragile. My fault, I should have checked before ordering. I was also disappointed that it is supposed to be an outdoor wreath but comes with a disclaimer that it does better in a covered area. Would be nice if it came is a smaller size, but I still would not purchase again.

Would never buy these again
These pot fillers are not worth the money. The lights are so dim I can't even tell when they are on. And they look very plastic during the day. Poor quality.

We are sorry to hear that you misplaced your instructions. To se the timer simply turn the switch to timer mode at the time you wish the light to come on each day. The timer will turn the lights off after 6 hours and then back on at the same time the next day.

This is a very heavy wreath and I would like to know what is recommended to hang in on for a front storm door. I have a two-sided magnetic hanger that I have used for other wreaths but this wreath is too heavy.

Thank you for your interest in the Savannah Cordless Wreath. To set the timer, insert the batteries and turn the switch to timer at the time you wish the lights to come on each day. The timer will keep the lights on for six hours and will turn them on at the same time each day until the batteries stop working or you change the setting.
