Is it possible to have a personal monogram that does not use an initial, just a plain medallion would be fine

I received the mailbox with the address engraved but the other side is blank. Was I supposed to receive a decorative side opposite the address side? It looks plain compared to the rest of the mailbox.

I purchased the seranto monogrammed mailbox and post I got two different directions in box for mailbox deluxe and mailbox classic which directions do I follow ? Also what glue do I use to put address on side of mailbox ? It did not come with the glue.
Thank you for your interest in the Seranto Monogrammed Mailbox & Post. You will want to follow the mailbox deluxe post instructions. To attach your address plaques to your mailbox you will need to drill holes through the mailbox wall using a No. 7 or 3/16" drill. Apply a small amount of silicon sealer in and around the holes in the backside of the door plaque and the side plaques.
