The ones in store were never comfortable. The ones we liked online were too expensive or had “not comfortable“ written in their reviews. Then I came across these Sheridan dining chairs at Grandin Road. Not only were they stylish, but also the right size, had the requisite padded seats, and every review was positive where comfort was concerned. The fact that they happened to be on a one-day sale was the clincher—and the main reason I could purchase them. They arrived quickly, in perfect condition, and look great in our recently updated kitchen. And most importantly, comfortable for dining in and lingering for conversation as I have back problems and need good support. I would definitely buy them again.

They are sturdily built, and are very comfortable. I am petite with spine problems and this chair provides great support. My son in law is 6'4" and found it equally supportive and comfortable. I can't yet speak to longevity because I only just got them, but so far I am impressed.

The details on the chair are so nice, with the scallop at the top of the chair and the gorgeous nail heads lining the back. Meaning these chairs look just as good from the back as from the front. The chairs are timeless, making them perfect for my plan to use these now in my condo and later on when I move into a house. I'm very impressed with everything I've purchased at Grandin Road, and will definitely purchase more items in the future.

I like the cream color faux leather that I can clean easily and the hammered nails. They look very pretty in my newly remodeled home. They are comfortable and easy to relax in. My only complaint, and it’s not bad, is that they are very lightweight. I expected a little heavier chair.
