The squirrels ate a hole in the wicker and chewed several spots (on my live seat and both chairs). Called customer service and they do not sell matching wicker straps and couldn’t give me the manufacturer name. I am now left searching for matching wicker straps to repair.

They do work well on my screen porch but don’t think I would order furniture from them again. Paid a very high price for shipping and it took a very long time to receive the chairs.
