Over Taxation.
Grandin Road charged me 2.5 times the normal tax rate on this purchase .I spent almost 3 hours of my time to get $1.99 back that they over charged me. They were unable to fix my tax rate at 3.9% vs 9.0% since I live outside the city limits of Woodland Park, Colorado. Won't be buying anymore of their items online again and wasting all of my time with Over Taxation. To bad they can't fix their software to charge me the right tax amount.Their loss.Looks like Spirit Halloween will get my business from now on. Goodbye Grandin Road.
