I ordered this in November received it December 28th and it's not what I expected.. Company will not give money back im stuck paying $140 for a beach ball blow up

How do you get them to not fly away? I mean 31 pounds is not that heavy in a snowstorm or winter winds. Is there a stake or do you they open to fill?
