I cannot remove the tray inside. Seems to be stuck. Are they supposed to come out?

Gorgeous planters

Beautiful and timeless !
Beautiful ! I have just bought these for a third time. I have sold two houses that had these in the front of the house. They are still in front of those houses, still look beautiful, and one set has been there over ten years. Can’t wait to see them in front of my new house.
