I cannot remove the tray inside. Seems to be stuck. Are they supposed to come out?

I purchased the tallest planters for my front door entrance. I have gotten so many compliments on them. They are so nice, my neigbors have copied them with cheaper versions.

It is very thin and sleek

Durable
My first planter, I bought in 2015 and it is as beautiful today as the day I bought it. This fall I bought another as I just couldn’t let my asparagus fern die in the garden. This is a product that works inside and out. A good investment!

Balcony stunner.

beautiful copper finish planters
love the planters!! look great- just what I needed for my front porch. I got the copper ones and I think I will take advise of other reviewers and give them a light coat of sealant, as they are a great color and don't want to tarnish.

How to maximize the value of the 42 inch planter
Bought six of the 42" and they are beautiful...They are light and some caution is recommended. Our landscaper cut the bottoms of the15 gallon container and then ran pcp piping up a couple feet to avoid the water lines being pinched. Then added gravel, rock or dirt to the 15 gallon containers... enough weight to maintain and solid and stable base. . Now they withstand the very strong desert winds with ease. Well worth the extra effort!!

Perfect addition
I bought these at the beginning of last spring and I was very concerned after reading reviews about them tipping over and tarnishing. I purchased the largest container and a square paver stone fit perfectly in the bottom which prevented them from blowing over and I sprayed the inside and outside with a clear protectant. I can't remember what it was called but it was in a spray paint can and it was clear, like a polyurethane. After being outside for one full year, they still look perfect and have not blown over. I am very happy with this purchase.

Statement pot!
I bought two of the medium (33") planters for my front porch to pair with my copper rain chain. It was such a statement! They are actually pretty large. They were a great size when I had a small porch and they still fit nicely now that I have a much bigger front porch. I have bought two additional small planters (26") for my front porch as well. The copper is still vibrant after 3 years. My kids knocked one over on the cement and it did scratch. It is not super noticeable. I will always purchase from Grandin Road as they have the best customer service and prices are great for the quality of product, especially when on sale.

Beautiful (But Insert Drainage is Lacking)
We have had these planters for several years and have had many compliments. Just ordered replacements due to wear and will use the old ones in another location. BUT, beware: the inserts do NOT have drainage holes. Disappointment -- as our old ones didn't either and my husband had to figure out a way to cut drainage holes. Won't work with any insert that has something that must be stuck down into soil or through a hole.

Just delivered
A 33 inch planter was just delivered. The box was not damaged at the top but the planter was. There are drain holes in the planter and base. For the price one hopes to get a planter that is NOT VISIBLY DAMAGED.

I ordered two of the tallest planters for our church. In the description it said stainless
Steel, weather resistant and with a removable tray for planting so you don’t have to fill up the entire l planter with potting soil. Great feature but when I opened the box there were no drainage holes in the removable tray. I wrote Grandin Road about that snafu but never received a response. My husband will be drilling the holes now. Just wanted you to be aware

Color not exactly as depicted
I ordered the 26” containers. Very nicely built. However disappointed that the color is not a shiny copper as depicted, but rather mottled brown.

They tarnish easily and dont polish well
I am now into my third season with these. Good news is they are in their third season. Bad news is they tarnish heavily and rapidly and dont polish back to teh beautiful brass color at all. They still look good but what you see in that picture is truly a first few month thing and then after that they will be like a dirty penny color and they dont polish back to the pretty color you see here. They are good overall but I wish I could keep them shiny and I cannot.

Very nice
Absolutely beautiful and sizes are great. Modern look. I can’t wait to place on my patio. I bought two planters and the urn just as pictured on website.
Only issue is insert does not have a hole for drainage. The bottom of the planter does but not the insert. Design flaw. So now we have to drill a hole. You all need to fix this design issue.

Not as pictured
I purchased two of the large copper planters. Not only did one arrive dented but the finish is not as represented online. Instead of being a brighter copper finish it arrived more like a darker oil bronze finish. It didn't provide the look I wanted and I ended up not even using them but they were too big and it was too costly to ship back.
