Use facing out?
If you attach her to a window inside the house, facing out into the yard, will she be activated to move by people moving inside the house?
doubtful. you have to be close to her, and I have heard it doesn't work through window. but, it is too cute to pass up on.

Replace motion detector?
I purchased this item and love the look of her, but the motion detector sucks. Only works about 1 foot in front of witch, and not at all through a window. Does anyone know if I can replace or increase the motion detector to work better? Otherwise I will have to return her :(
