Tree Face and Arms Set is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 19.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great Looking But Poor Quality I bought two of these, one for myself and one for a friend. I put mine up a couple of weeks ago and after a few days the mounting hardware failed on one arm and it fell to the ground. I was able to fix it with epoxy. Yesterday, we mounted the second one on our friends' tree as a surprise. By the time they arrived home two hours later, the mounting hardware one arm had already failed (pulled loose) and they found the arm on the ground broken into multiple pieces. Very poor quality mounting hardware.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sad to say. I am so sad to give this product a low review. I love the quality of grandinroad's halloween products and have been an avid fan for years. This item fell short -- literally. I love the look of it -- the bark looks so real and the face is fantastic -- unfortunately within two days of putting up the arms both fell off the tree because the little plate on the hole in the back of the arm used to hang up the arm came unglued and the little screws used to hold the plate on were not long enough and the arms fell off -- one broke when it hit the ground. Sad to say the quality on this product did not meet up to Grandin's standards.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poorly Made Received a few days ago & loved how it looked on our huge oak enteryway tree. The next morning after affixing to tree one of the arms fallen off. Broke into 6 pieces so bad it can't be glued back. This item fell about 6 ft onto landscaping with mulch. Normally an item should not break in this instance. Made of very thin hollow resin. I was very mad because I loved how scary it looked on the tree plus wasn't cheap $. Had even ordered a second set as soon as I received this one. If I had known how cheaply made, I wouldn't have ordered the second face/hands.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beware of instability These are great! I love them! But.. the nail hole "fixtures" in the back have 3 tiny screws in them, causing the metal nail holder to fall out. Mine have fallen off of the trees and shattered onto the driveway. Good thing is.. they superglue well, when putting them back together. Use a nail with a large flat head and you should be fine. Kids love them!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Creepy maple tree Looks as it does in picture. Packaging was secure. Used it for Halloween '16. It blended in perfectly with my older maple tree in backyard and I used a dimly lit spotlight aimed towards the tree, giving it a nice eerie look. Quality is better than cheaper knock-offs that I've seen in some popular department stores. If you're going to hang it on a tree, you might want to consider securing the nails or screws(or whatever you will use) into the tree at a certain angle(flat end of nail facing slightly upward bit less than 45 degree angle is what worked best for me) so that the face and arms don't slide/fall off and possibly break upon impact with ground after you attach the product to tree AND helped provide security against strong winds/rain and the occasional squirrel/bird that perched on the arms/fingers from knocking it off. I also found that inserting nails into the tree at that certain angle also makes it so that the back of the face/arms fit against tree more evenly as well so I'm personally very pleased and I've no regrets purchasing this product.

Has the design changed from last year. Are the mounting brackets more secure? There were a lot of reviews that said the design to mount wasn't sturdy and the arms would fall off. I want buy it but not if nothing has changed.
