I sent a photo to Grandin Road customer service rep and they didn't seem to care. My husband fixed it, but it's not perfect. Sorta annoyed by the lack of quality seeing how pricey these are. If they're going to break in one day, then PLEASE price appropriately.

The face, arms and bark detail are such that it almost looks like it could be part of the tree. The other reviews mentioned problems with it falling off so I will see and try to update the review if possible. It is a lightweight resin type material but that’s probably best for the outdoors as long as it doesn’t fall down. For now five stars!

Rated 1 out of 5 by DLambkin from Great Looking But Poor Quality I bought two of these, one for myself and one for a friend. I put mine up a couple of weeks ago and after a few days the mounting hardware failed on one arm and it fell to the ground. I was able to fix it with epoxy. Yesterday, we mounted the second one on our friends' tree as a surprise. By the time they arrived home two hours later, the mounting hardware one arm had already failed (pulled loose) and they found the arm on the ground broken into multiple pieces. Very poor quality mounting hardware.
