They are well made, very comfy, and I can swivel to a view of the lake any time! I am very happy with this decision, I invested in these for limited heavy use in the summers.

I have always liked a swivel barrel chair -I find them comfortable to sit in and the swivel allows me to face different areas of the room. In my case, I got two of these to finish out a seating area with a medium dark blue sofa. With guests, I face the sofa to talk with them and when alone, I swivel to face the gas fireplace behind me. They provide “firm” seating but that is what I prefer for proper back support. I like leather because it is durable and easy to clean. These were packed extremely well and arrived in good shape and fully assembled. I only added Scotch brand felt cushions to the plastic bumpers on the bottom of the swivel ring so the chairs safely slide over our hardwood floors. I also set them at a 45 degree angle to the sofa for visual interest and because it is so easy to turn the chairs to look at who is speaking. I am very happy so far!
