It is all one piece and only needs a hook to hang it on. The greens look realistic. It does not come with lights, but it was easy to add some fairy lights with a battery pack to it.

How does this hang in one step? Are the horizontal branches attached to each other?

Had to spend lots of time fluffing to get it to look decent. The space between the third and fourth row is larger than the other rows giving it an undesirable uneven appearance. Are they all this way, is there anything that can be done?

Having a hard time hanging this from top - the weight of rest of it tilts the top shortest "branch" which looks goofy. Any tips on what type of hanger/wall mount to use?
