Wavy Wood Five-Panel Pet Gate is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 27.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Well Made We bought the espresso 5-panel gate. It is beautiful and very heavy. It covers a large opening, and will not be easy to tip over. Very happy with this purchase!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Quality gate, poorly finished This gate is a quality wood piece, but the staining is very poor. I used a furniture stick to stain the edges, but couldn’t do anything about the section that was large. It looked as though it was painted black in an area on the top of one panels. I have no iPhone to take pictures.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No more counter surfing! I have a standard-size poodle that has a terrible habit of counter surfing, sticks of butter, coffee, ziplocks, etc. This gate is a lifesaver and effectively prevents him from having access to the kitchen. And it's stylish to boot!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from How does this work for anyone else? We have two Coton de Tulears--one is 8 pounds and the other is 11 pounds. Within two minutes of putting this up between our very large doorless kitchen opening and the rest of the house, the dogs figured out how to use their noses to push it back from the wall and get out. We ended up having to drill a hook into both sides and an eye into each wall. Then, after they figured out how to push the hook up and out of the eye, we used pliers to fold the hook in on itself. These are small dogs. I guess if your dogs are dummies, it might work. Otherwise, these are very heavy, cumbersome, and completely optional room dividers for pets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well made! We have 5 dogs-3 of them are quite large. With a open concept home, every time someone came to the front door they were immediately greeted by a herd. We purchased 2 of these gates and attached one end of each to the wall by hinges. In the middle, we put bolts to keep it closed. We choose the dark wood to match our furniture. The gates are well made and help solve problems we were having. They are beautiful and fit in with the decor of our home. Thank you Grandinroad for another wonderful product

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heavy and attractive barrier Great pet gate. It’s heavy, attractive and works well to keep my fox terrier in check. Shipping time was redicuously long.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Pet Barrier Our 2 Weimaraner's used to sit at the french doors with their noses pressed against the glass looking for squirrels. Needless to say, I never had clean glass. I purchased the Wavy Wood Five-Panel Pet Gate, long enough to easily span the doors. The gate looks nice and now I have clean windows.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beach House gate This made the perfect gate for our beach house porch to keep our dog from leaving the porch. Looks beautiful! The pattern is perfect! Great heavy weight too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful and functional I needed a divider to keep the dogs out of the new sunroom when I was out of the room. This gate is very sturdy, but also quite lovely. The clean white appearance fits into my decor perfectly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Wavy Gate is great! We needed a gate to keep our miniature dachshund on our porch. We were very pleased upon opening the box as the gate was well made and already assembled plus it has an even better look in person.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect gate! We have a very wide opening from our family room to the rest of the house. This gate is attractive, sturdy, and perfect for the space. We like the ability to fold a panel back (rather than having to step over the gate) when we want to enter or leave the room.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy. Does the job. Five Panel Pet Gate: very sturdy. Works well for both cats and dogs. Not easily pushed over. Slats are placed close together - small cats can not get through. Evenly stained. THIS IS NOT DESIGNED FOR USE WITH CHILDREN.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Solid purchase Good solid purchase works great. HEAVY and pups cannot push it around. Really nice looking, blends into the decor. The 20" is real short and they have gotten over it a couple times but not consistently, wish there were an in between size, but overall very happy with the purchase!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty, but not as functional as we hoped These gates are beautiful. We just got two miniature poodle puppies and purchased one 5-panel and two 3-panel gates to confine the pups to our kitchen until they are fully house trained. Pros: The gates finally arrived and are really pretty. They are quite heavy but we don't intend to move them around the house. They are easy to step over and can be manipulated in either direction (double hinges), making them simple to arrange in any configuration. Cons: Our puppies are quite small (5 pounds or so each at this point, 13 weeks old) and have each gotten their heads caught in the holes more than once. Also, if the panels are sufficiently angled, there is enough space for the pups to get their paws caught in between them (which both pups have also done a few times). Finally, if the panels are NOT angled a lot (which we did to keep the dogs from pinching their paws), they are less stable and a good running jump from a 5 pound puppy can knock them over. I'm super disappointed as I love the idea of these gates to safely confine our pups but also be good looking in our new home. So, for now, we have ordered traditional baby gates and will hang onto these for when the puppies are a little larger and a little calmer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delighted with Product I love the three panels in white which I use as a doggie barrier to the outside for my little schnoodle. This product is so attractive that I leave it in the family room when not in use as it blends well with my décor. The quality is excellent. It is much heavier and sturdier than I imagined. I plan to use it to hang Christmas stockings in winter. A bit pricey but worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best pet gate Love this decorative pet gate. We needed a wide one to keep our pets out of the kitchen and this one does the job and looks beautiful. Love it. Not too heavy either.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than I expected! We bought this gate to keep our small dog safe. It works beautifully and looks great! I was afraid it would be cheesy or flimsy, but it's a nice sturdy gate that looks quite good on the patio. Fast shipping, too. A bit expensive, but it is really nice, so I'm not complaining. So glad to find this!

would you recommend the 5 or 3 panel gate for an opening of about 61 inches/155 cm? Also what height is best for a cockapoo- large spaniel size dog that does jump up at my current stair gate when excited? Maybe the 36" height as she is a medium sized dog

Asked by: Judy T
Thank you for your interest in the Wavy Wood Five-Panel Pet Gate. We do recommend this five-panel gate option for openings over 55"W. If your dog jumps often we do recommend the 36"H option.

Can you combine two 5 panel gates together?? I have a very large opening i need to block my dog from getting into.

Asked by: ABShane
Thank you for your interest in the Wavy Wood Five-Panel Pet Gate. More than one gate could be used; however, they do not connect to each other and will not be as stable without the ends being next to a wall.
