Complete the information requested on the entry form (full name; email address, telephone number including area code, name of who you are giving your gift to and the reason you choose them). Entrants will be sent an e-mail notifying them if they’ve been chosen, with instructions for claiming their gifts each Tuesday during the promotional period.
